Start with the dates you can travel
Contact the team with your booking details and the dates or period you now prefer. The team can check availability for a new private tour or transfer. A date change is not an automatic confirmation of a particular day, vehicle or itinerary; it depends on availability.
- Have your original confirmation and current departure date ready.
- Offer a few possible new dates if your schedule allows.
- Ask the team to confirm which parts of your booking are covered before confirming a new date.
What your travel credit can do
If you cancel at least 90 days ahead, you can choose credit of the eligible amount instead of a refund. The published guarantee also allows the full eligible amount to be used to reschedule or postpone when cancellation is made between 90 and seven days before departure. Credits may be used for up to five years and belong to the same original customer; they cannot be passed to someone else.
A request made fewer than seven days before departure is not covered by that stated rescheduling guarantee. Contact the team promptly for an assessment of your specific situation rather than assuming a credit will apply.
A different itinerary, at your pace
A private journey can be redesigned around the travel period that works for you. Ask about a personalized route with door-to-door transport and an English-speaking driver; any new itinerary or price must be agreed with the team, and availability still applies.
A few separately booked extras, such as attraction or event tickets, follow their own conditions. The official terms and your confirmation have the details, or simply ask the team and they will walk you through what applies to your plans.
