A clear view of the deadlines
The amount returned to your original payment card depends on how far ahead you cancel. These are the published cancellation windows for services, measured before the trip starts.
- At least 90 days before departure: choose a refund of the amounts paid for the eligible service, or keep those amounts as travel credit for up to five years.
- Between 90 and 30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days before departure: no cash refund.
- No-show: no restitution; the booking is payable in full.
Prefer to travel later?
You can ask to move the original booking to another day or period at no extra change charge, subject to availability. The published guarantee also allows 100% of the amounts paid for the eligible service to be used to reschedule or postpone when cancellation is made between 90 and seven days before the trip begins. That is credit, not a cash refund, and credits are for the original customer only.
- Tell the team as soon as your dates change.
- Share a preferred new travel period so availability can be checked.
- Ask which parts of your booking are covered before confirming a new date.
A quick check before you pay
Most bookings are straightforward: the tour service itself follows the windows above. A small number of separately booked items, such as event or attraction tickets or certain hotel reservations, can carry their own conditions. The team will always confirm exactly which parts of your plans are covered before you pay, so there are no surprises.
This is an explanation, not a replacement for the official terms or the conditions attached to your confirmation. Read the full booking terms before paying.
