What the flight disruption provision covers
If your flight is cancelled or postponed, the terms provide credit for future use within five years for amounts not used. This is travel credit—not an automatic cash refund—and applies to unused amounts. Credit remains with the original customer and cannot be transferred to a third party.
Let the team know as soon as the airline changes your plans. Share your booking confirmation and the revised flight details, if available, so the unused part of the service and possible next dates can be discussed.
A practical way to regroup
If you have new flight dates, ask the team about moving your transfer or private tour to another day or period. Date changes carry no additional change charge under the published terms when the new date is available. An alternative arrival day or revised sightseeing plan still needs confirmation from the team.
- Send the new arrival time and flight number when you have them.
- Ask what portion of your existing booking remains unused.
- Discuss replacement dates and availability before making new arrangements.
A clear picture of what is covered
The flight provision applies to the amounts you paid for your Portugal Magik service. Separately booked extras, such as event tickets or certain hotel reservations, follow their own conditions; when you get in touch, the team will confirm exactly what applies to your booking.
Your airline's own rights and compensation rules are separate from Portugal Magik's booking terms. Please check directly with the airline about the flight itself.
